Where applicable certain activities will carry a charge to cover costs. When you choose to participate in these activities this charge, if any, will be added to your monthly account with the Palm Garden Retreat.

• Daily visit by SANC Registered Nurse (day and night shift) when extra observation is needed

• Daily assistance with meals, dressing, bathing and personal hygiene

• Accompanying by a carer for shopping, appointments, etc.

• Wound care and other procedures e.g. vitamin injections (no charge for procedure when done in Treatment room, only for medical stock used)

• Medication management (incl organizing of prescriptions at the Doctor and from pharmacy) and administration of medication by the nursing staff (cost of medicines and supplies not included)

• Waste management & disposal

• Additional cleaning of apartment charged per day (max 1 hour per clean)

• Additional laundry of linen & towels can be arranged and charged per load

• Personal laundry and ironing service available

• Resident and guest parking is provided but note that there is no guaranteed parking for visitors on the premises.​
